Bookkeeper

BIC is a family owned and operated diagnostic facility. We need a bookkeeper for accounts payable and general accounting entries. Our candidate would be responsible for assisting the owners of the company with multiple projects and budgets. Bowes Imaging centers has been in business for 17 years. We have been in medicine for 5 generations! Please apply we are looking to fill the position quickly. We have full health benefits as well.

Summary

As a Bookkeeper, you will be a vital asset in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Utilizing core skills in accounting principles, general ledger reconciliation, and financial reporting, you will be responsible for tasks such as balance sheet reconciliation, journal entries, and accounts payable/receivable. Your proficiency in premium software like QuickBooks and Xero will enhance your efficiency in managing financial data. With relevant skills in tax experience and account reconciliation, you will contribute to the financial stability and success of the organization. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, GAAP, and accounting software
• Experience with balance sheet reconciliation and journal entries
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
• Familiarity with financial report writing and tax experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
