Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial records
• Process weekly payroll and maintain payroll records
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Assist with hiring paperwork, onboarding, and employee files
• Maintain HR documentation and compliance
• Track employee time and benefits information
• Assist ownership with basic financial reporting

Qualifications

• Previous bookkeeping experience required
• Experience with payroll processing
• Familiarity with HR tasks such as onboarding and employee records
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks experience preferred)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy
