Bookkeeper

Overview

The Bookkeeper maintains clear, accurate financial records and supports reliable day-to-day accounting. This role handles bookkeeping, payroll, and account activity, helping colleagues make informed decisions with timely, organized financial information.

Duties

• Record and organize financial transactions using accounting software, including QuickBooks.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, and support payroll activities with careful attention to detail.
• Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation; investigate discrepancies and complete account analysis.
• Assist with budgeting and maintain orderly records that support accurate reporting and routine financial reviews.

Experience

Required: Practical bookkeeping and accounting capabilities, including accurate transaction entry, payroll support, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and confident use of accounting software. Strong organization and attention to detail help maintain dependable records and resolve discrepancies. Preferred: Experience with QuickBooks, along with familiarity with budgeting and account analysis. Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
