BookKeeper - Data Entry

Looking for a Remote Bookkeeper!

We’re looking for someone who knows their way around QuickBooks Online and can keep things running smoothly without someone constantly looking over their shoulder.

This is a remote position, approximately 50+ hours per month, for someone who is organized, reliable, and has a good head on their shoulders.

What you’ll be doing:

• Handling accounts payable and receivable
• Entering and managing invoices in QuickBooks Online
• Making sure bills are paid on time
• Processing payroll
• Keeping financial records organized and up to date
• Noticing when something doesn’t look right, like a change in an invoice, and bringing it to our attention

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online
• Has bookkeeping and payroll experience
• Has great time management and attention to detail
• Can work independently and stay on top of deadlines
• Uses common sense, takes initiative, and catches the little things
• Takes pride in doing things right the first time

We need someone who does more than just enter numbers. Someone who pays attention, thinks ahead, and lets us know when something needs a closer look.

The position is remote, with at least one meeting per month via Zoom or Teams.
