Bookkeeper - Full-time (Remote) (US-based Client) (CPA Required)

Job Title: Full-Time Bookkeeper (CPA Required)

Company Overview:
We operate multiple businesses across property management, construction, and retail. To support our expanding operations, we are seeking a highly qualified Bookkeeper with CPA credentials, proven experience handling U.S. client accounts, and strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records across multiple entities
• Record daily transactions including receipts, payments, and expenses
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with audits
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Coordinate with management on budgets and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with U.S. accounting standards and company policies

Minimum Qualifications (Non-Negotiable):

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
• Demonstrated bookkeeping/accounting experience for U.S. clients
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
• Strong knowledge of U.S. accounting principles and financial reporting
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple business accounts simultaneously

Position Details:

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
