Duties

• Maintain accurate financial records by recording transactions using Protractor Shop Manager
• Perform bank reconciliations regularly to verify account balances and identify discrepancies
• Reconcile accounts through detailed account and bank reconciliations to uphold data integrity
• Support month-end closing activities by preparing reports and ensuring all entries are complete and accurate

Skills

• Proficiency in accounting software
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to analyze financial data accurately
• Ability to perform bank reconciliations and account analysis confidently
