Job Title: Bookkeeper (USD - Remote)

Location: Latin America — Remote

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, with overlap with the US team.

Role Summary

Our client is a fully remote management accounting firm helping U.S. small businesses organize their finances and make informed decisions. They’re looking for a reliable and proactive Bookkeeper to maintain accurate books for approximately 10 clients , using strong QuickBooks skills , attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset while collaborating with an experienced accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Categorize and match transactions in QuickBooks, including bank feeds and documents from Dext and Hubdoc.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Follow up on missing information and maintain accurate records.
• Support the accounting team with additional tasks and projects.

Requirements

• Hands-on bookkeeping experience
• Strong QuickBooks skills.
• Basic Excel knowledge
• Solid accounting fundamentals.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Attention to detail, autonomy, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable internet and a dual-screen setup.

Nice to Haves

• Experience supporting US small businesses and multiple clients.
• Familiarity with Dext, Hubdoc, and payroll.
