Bookkeeper/Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage financial records for a project-based engineering and automation company. The role will support day-to-day accounting operations, including project costing and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain books of accounts
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements
• Assist in project costing and expense tracking
• Monitor payables, receivables, and billing
• Prepare BIR-related reports and ensure compliance
• Coordinate with external accountants and auditors

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Accountancy, Management Accounting, or related field
• At least 2–3 years experience in bookkeeping
• Experience in construction, engineering, or project-based companies is an advantage
• Knowledge in PH taxation and BIR compliance
• Proficient in Excel and accounting systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
