Bookkeeper/Accountant

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. Responsibilities

• Manage and record daily financial transactions using accounting software such as Sage.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of all ledger entries
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently and accurately
• Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and financial documents
• Assist with month-end closing procedures and prepare financial reports
• Support audit preparations by providing necessary documentation and explanations
• Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and ensure compliance with company policies

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Accountant, with familiarity in using accounting software including Sage.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Experience managing accounts payable and receivable processes
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and explain financial data clearly
