What they need
We’re looking for a Bookkeeper/Administrator to oversee the invoicing, logistics, inventory, and order processes that ensure smooth operations at Freddie’s Farm. As we continue to scale, you’ll work closely with third-party logistics providers, monitor stock levels, and support the finance team in managing orders and payments. If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and want to contribute to the growth of an exciting brand, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Inventory Management
- Act as the first point of contact for all UK 3PL partners.
- Oversee UK sales forecasting and collaborate with the UK sales team and HQ on warehousing, logistics, and production planning.
- Monitor stock levels across different locations, track logistics performance, and proactively suggest improvements.
- Minimise waste by ensuring efficient stock management.
Order Management & Customer Support
- Oversee order entry and logistics for wholesale, national accounts, B2B, and resellers. Manage customer inquiries regarding sales orders, shipping, deliveries, and invoices.
- Implement and monitor EDI connections with logistics providers and customers to track case fill rates and ensure on-time deliveries.
Finance & Compliance
- Set up new customers in our system and manage the order-to-cash process.
- Ensure correct financial processing of orders, payments, and chargebacks, working closely with HQ Finance.
- Monitor debtors and creditors, provide weekly reports, and support financial analysis and follow- ups.
About You – The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is excited to build something lasting. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!
- Experience: 3-4 years within consumer goods, with hands-on experience in order management, 3PL logistics, and customer service. Experience with Excel, Xero, and Unleashed would be ideal.
- Personality: Collaborative, energetic, flexible, and humble—you’re someone who takes ownership and gets things done!
- Mindset: A problem-solver who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, working autonomously, and thriving in an evolving startup environment.
- Organisation: Comfortable handling multiple priorities and managing ambiguity while ensuring smooth operations.
- Cultural Fit: You’re not just here for the job—you want to be part of something exciting and meaningful. Bonus points if you’re fun to be around!
