Bookkeeping Clerk

Rodenburg Law Firm is a creditor’s rights law firm that has represented creditors for over 40 years. The Firm practices in North Dakota, Minnesota, Montana, South Dakota, and Wyoming.

All training is provided. No prior legal experience is required.

Job Summary:

Bookkeeping employees are responsible for handling all financial transactions and requirements related to the firm’s representation of their clients

Primary tasks include:

• Posting Payments
• Assisting with remittances and deposits
• Reconciling bank accounts
• Completing daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
• Gathering requested information and documentation for audit purposes

The ideal candidate:

• Comfortable with data entry and general accounting principles
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Able to work quickly while remaining detail oriented and accurate
• Able to work well in a team environment while still completing tasks independently
