About the role

Kalsy is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage daily financial records and ensure all company transactions are accurate, documented, and easy to track.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily income and expenses.
• Categorize transactions and maintain supporting documents.
• Reconcile bank accounts, cash, QRIS, and petty cash.
• Record supplier invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
• Track client deposits, progress payments, final payments, and receivables.
• Check reimbursements, receipts, and company expenses.
• Organize invoices, receipts, payment confirmations, and financial documents.
• Assist with payroll, employee advances/kasbon, reimbursements, bonuses, and deductions.
• Prepare regular reports on cash flow, income, expenses, payables, receivables, and project costs.
• Prepare documents for the accountant or tax consultant.

About you

• Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, finance, or finance administration.
• Good Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Comfortable working with numbers and financial documents.
• Responsible and trustworthy.
• Able to follow company systems and procedures.
• Able to identify discrepancies and follow up with the relevant team.
