About the role

We are looking for an organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to handle the company's day-to-day financial records and ensure that transactions are properly recorded, documented, and reconciled. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with numbers, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with the Accounting and Management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate daily financial transactions
• Monitor and record sales, collections, expenses, purchases, and other company transactions
• Maintain updated books and accounting records
• Record accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions
• Monitor customer balances and outstanding receivables
• Monitor supplier balances and payment schedules
• Prepare and maintain cash receipts and cash disbursement records
• Perform bank and cash reconciliations regularly
• Verify invoices, receipts, purchase documents, and supporting records
• Organize and maintain proper filing of financial documents

About you

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, Financial Management, or a related course
• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience is an advantage
• Fresh graduates with good accounting fundamentals are welcome to apply
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience using accounting software is an advantage
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Able to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate records
• Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities
