Location: Dayton, OH

100% Onsite, M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 + discretionary year end bonus Key Responsibilities As the Bookkeeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day-to-day accounting operations. Responsibilities include:

• Perform daily accounting functions, including cash applications
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure financial accuracy
• Manage month-end close activities with a goal of completing close within three business days
• Monitor financial transactions and identify discrepancies
• Assist with additional accounting and reporting projects as needed

Qualifications The ideal candidate will bring a strong accounting foundation along with the ability to work independently and take ownership of their responsibilities.

• 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Experience preparing financial statements and participating in month-end close processes
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, but not required
• Self-motivated professional who can work with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
