About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and education-focused Books & Programs Manager to lead our books and educational programs portfolio. You will play a key role in expanding the reach of our books and programs, driving growth in reading and education, and ensuring high-quality, curriculum-aligned learning experiences for children. Key Responsibilities

• Grow the books and programs portfolio through strategic planning, budgeting, and resource management.
• Manage the book portfolio — select and procure titles, and compile recommended booklists for schools and parents.
• Manage program delivery to ensure effectiveness and alignment with curriculum standards.
• Develop and manage relationships with schools, kindergartens, distributors, and agents to expand program adoption and market reach.
• Plan and lead educational workshops, exhibitions, product training, and book-related events for parents and young children.
• Oversee school orders and customer enquiries, and work with the team on social media promotion and sales activities.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree holder with at least 3 years’ experience in education, sales & marketing, business management, or a related field.
• Experience in teaching, curriculum development, or workshop facilitation is preferred.
• Established network with schools and institutions is a strong advantage.
• Solid knowledge of children’s picture books and a genuine passion for education.
• Commercial acumen with experience in budgeting or resource planning preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
• Presentable with strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and effective time management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Chinese typing.
