Boom Loader

• Operate boom loader and related heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, lift, shift, and position precast concrete products and materials within the factory and yard.
• Handle precast products such as Jersey barriers, concrete blocks, beams, panels, kerbstones, and other precast units as required.
• Follow instructions from the Production Supervisor, Factory Manager, or Site Supervisor.
• Ensure proper positioning and safe handling of materials to avoid damage to products and equipment.
• Conduct daily pre-start inspections of the boom loader, including tyres, hydraulic systems, brakes, lights, attachments, and safety devices.
• Report any mechanical faults, damage, leakage, or unusual equipment performance immediately.
• Maintain safe working distances from workers, vehicles, structures, and other equipment.
• Follow designated traffic routes and speed limits within the factory and yard.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks when required.
• Keep the operating area clean and organized.
• Follow company safety rules, PPE requirements, and UAE health and safety regulations.
• Maintain proper care of the machine and avoid unnecessary damage or misuse.
• Complete daily equipment checklists and report operational issues to the concerned supervisor.
• Perform other duties related to factory operations as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating a boom loader / heavy equipment in a construction, precast, or industrial environment.
• Valid UAE heavy equipment/operator licence or certification, where applicable.
• Good knowledge of safe lifting, loading, and material-handling practices.
• Ability to operate machinery in a busy factory/yard environment.
• Basic understanding of equipment maintenance and daily inspections.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors and in industrial conditions.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.

Preferred Experience

Experience in a precast concrete factory or construction materials yard will be an advantage.
