Boomi Developer / Lead Integration / Integration Manager (Boomi)

We are hiring for 3 positions in our Boomi integration practice based out of Chennai (Hybrid):

• Boomi Developer
• Lead Boomi Integration
• Integration Manager

All roles require strong hands-on experience in Dell Boomi (AtomSphere), REST/SOAP, API Gateway, API Management, environment setup, and end-to-end integration delivery.

Mandatory Skills (Common for All Roles)

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Dell Boomi (AtomSphere)
• Strong expertise in REST and SOAP integrations
• Hands-on experience with API Gateway implementation and configuration
• Solid exposure to API Management (design, publish, secure, monitor APIs)
• Experience in Boomi environment setup (Atoms/Molecules, dev/test/prod, promotion strategies)
• Proven track record in end-to-end integration projects (design, build, test, deploy, support).

Role-wise Responsibilities

1. Boomi Developer (7+ Years)

• Design, develop, and maintain integration processes in Boomi AtomSphere
• Build and consume REST/SOAP APIs and web services
• Implement API Gateway and API Management policies (security, throttling, versioning)
• Configure and manage environments, Atoms/Molecules, and deployment pipelines
• Perform data mapping, transformation (JSON, XML, CSV), and error handling
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams for end-to-end integration delivery.

2. Lead Boomi Integration (9+ Years)

• Lead a team of Boomi developers and own delivery of complex integration programs
• Define integration architecture, patterns, and best practices using Boomi
• Drive API strategy, including API Gateway design, security, and governance
• Oversee environment strategy (dev/test/prod), CI/CD, and release management
• Perform code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting for critical integrations
• Interface with stakeholders to translate business requirements into integration solutions

3. Integration Manager (12+ Years)

• Own the integration practice and delivery for Boomi-based programs
• Manage a team of leads and developers; handle resourcing, mentoring, and performance
• Define integration roadmap, standards, and governance (APIs, environments, security)
• Coordinate with business, architecture, and infrastructure teams for large-scale integrations
• Ensure SLA adherence, risk management, and production stability
• Drive pre-sales/support for proposals, estimations, and solutioning where needed.

Good to Have

• Experience with ERP/CRM integrations (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday)
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices for Boomi
• Exposure to event-driven integrations, message queues, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
