Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Boomi Technical Lead to lead the end-to-end

delivery of the Boomi migration program. The candidate will be responsible for

architecture, design, development, and governance of enterprise integrations, APIs, and

EDI/B2B interfaces while leading a team of Boomi developers and coordinating with

client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead end-to-end Boomi integration and migration initiatives.

 Design, develop, and review Boomi integrations, APIs, and EDI/B2B solutions.

 Define integration architecture, reusable frameworks, and best practices.

 Lead technical discussions with business and client stakeholders.

 Drive effort estimation, release planning, and technical governance.

 Manage and mentor Boomi developers and conduct code reviews.

 Ensure successful SIT, UAT, deployment, hypercare, and production support.

 Resolve complex technical issues related to integration, performance, and EDI

transactions.

 Collaborate with infrastructure, DevOps, testing, and business teams.

 Support Agile/Scrum delivery and sprint planning activities.

 Establish CI/CD and integration lifecycle management practices.

Mandatory Skills

 6+ years of hands-on experience in Dell Boomi AtomSphere.

 Strong expertise in:

o Boomi Integration

o Boomi API Management

o Boomi B2B/EDI

o Partner Management

o Process Design and Deployment

 Experience with:

o EDI X12 / EDIFACT transactions

o AS2, SFTP, VAN connectivity

o Trading Partner onboarding

o B2B communication protocols

 Strong understanding of:

o REST APIs, SOAP Web Services

o XML, JSON, Flat Files

o Data Mapping and Transformation

 Experience in integration migration programs and modernization initiatives.

 Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.

 Experience with RosettaNet integrations.

 Boomi Professional Developer, Integration Architect, or Boomi Architect

certifications.

 Exposure to Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and integration governance.

 Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or other ERP platforms.

Leadership Expectations

 Lead a team of developers and coordinate with architects.

 Drive technical decisions and design approvals.

 Review solution quality and enforce development standards.

 Interact directly with client architects, business SMEs, and project leadership.

 Mentor team members and build Boomi/EDI capability within the program.
