Responsibilities

• Actively engage customers by identifying their needs and recommending suitable mobile devices, plans, and accessories to boost sales.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features clearly to enhance customer understanding and interest.
• Manage retail sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring smooth checkout processes.
• Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is well-presented to attract customer attention.
• Handle cash register operations, including cash handling, cash drawer balancing, and processing retail transactions efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service by maintaining professional phone etiquette, addressing inquiries promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every interaction.

Skills

• Proven experience with POS systems, retail sales transactions, and cash register operations.
• Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership in a retail setting is preferred.
• Ability to perform product demos confidently while explaining features clearly to diverse customers.
• Bilingual skills are a plus for engaging with a broader customer base effectively.
• Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
• Skilled in upselling techniques that enhance sales while ensuring customer needs are met authentically.
• Knowledge of retail store merchandising, stock management, and inventory replenishment procedures.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations efficiently.
