Responsibilities

• Bootcamp Communication Email Marketing: Plan and execute structured email campaigns (pre-launch, lead nurture, onboarding, engagement, post-completion).
• Video Content Script Development: Create compelling scripts for promotional and educational bootcamp videos. Collaborate with design/video teams for production and editing. Develop content around bootcamp skills, outcomes, and learner success stories.
• Performance Marketing Ads: Write ad copies for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Conceptualize campaign messaging for lead generation. Coordinate with performance marketing teams to optimize conversion funnels.
• Landing Page Content Optimization: Develop persuasive landing page copy focused on conversion. Align messaging with program positioning and value proposition. Work with tech/design teams to ensure UX alignment and A/B testing.
• Bootcamp Delivery Program Management: Support end-to-end bootcamp execution from launch to completion. Coordinate with faculty, mentors, and operations teams. Ensure learner engagement, session flow, and program quality. Collect feedback and implement continuous improvements.
