Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate BOQs, quantity take-offs, estimates, and quotations for interior projects.
• Prepare and review client BOQs and vendor BOQs.
• Conduct on-site measurements and verification to ensure quantities and dimensions are accurate.
• Take measurements and calculate quantities using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Understand drawings, layouts, and specifications to prepare accurate material quantities.
• Calculate material, labour, and overall project costs.
• Prepare detailed rate analysis and project costing.
• Have good knowledge of material costing, market rates, and vendor pricing.
• Regularly collect current material rates from the market and vendors and maintain updated rate records.
• Coordinate with the design, procurement, execution, and sales teams for project requirements.
• Collect, compare, and negotiate vendor quotations wherever required.
• Maintain and update vendor rate records and material price databases.
• Revise BOQs, estimates, and costing based on design changes, site conditions, or client requirements.
• Conduct site visits for measurement, quantity verification, and project-related estimation requirements.
• Ensure accuracy in measurements, quantities, rates, material costing, and final project costing.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in BOQ, estimation, quantity surveying, or costing, preferably in interior design/construction.
• Basic to good working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp for measurements and quantity take-offs.
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture, civil, electrical, and related works.
• Good understanding of interior drawings, layouts, measurements, and site conditions.
• Knowledge of material costing and current market rates.
• Ability to obtain and compare quotations from vendors and suppliers on a regular basis.
• Willingness to conduct on-site visits and verify measurements/quantities.
• Strong MS Excel skills for BOQ preparation, costing, rate analysis, and estimation.
• Good mathematical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to identify quantity/cost discrepancies and ensure accuracy in final estimates.
• Good coordination and communication skills for working with clients, vendors, designers, and site teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
