What they need
- Role: BOT Development Engineer (Genesys Cloud SME / Tier IV)
- Location: Remote
- Duration: 12+ Months Contract
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of contact center engineering experience, including 3+ years hands-on with Genesys Cloud (CX) in production
- Genesys Cloud certification (current or able to obtain)
- Strong API/integration skills — REST, OAuth 2.0, webhooks/event streams, JSON, Postman
- Identity & security — SSO (SAML/OIDC), RBAC, audit/compliance awareness
- Telephony — SIP, SBC, QoS, troubleshooting
- AWS Solutions Architect-level knowledge (Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Python and/or Node.js development experience
