Responsibilities

• Lead overall store operations, ensuring seamless execution of daily activities and adherence to company standards.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales, expand customer base, and enhance brand visibility.
• Manage profit and loss statements, analyze financial data using Excel tools, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.
• Oversee team management by recruiting, training, developing, and motivating staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Coordinate project management initiatives aimed at process improvements, operational efficiencies, and new product launches.
• Drive business development efforts through community engagement, marketing campaigns, and strategic partnerships.
• Supervise inventory control, quality assurance processes, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Foster a positive team environment by promoting leadership development, effective communication, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in management within the food or beverage industry, with a focus on retail or hospitality environments.
• Strong understanding of profit & loss analysis, financial management, and Excel data analysis techniques.
• Demonstrated success in project management, strategic planning, and business development initiatives.
• Excellent team management skills with experience in supervising staff and developing high-performing teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization with managerial clarity and influence.
• Knowledge of operational management practices including lean management principles and process improvement strategies.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering memorable experiences for clients.
• Experience in sales growth strategies, operational oversight, and implementing data-driven decision-making processes.

Pay: $23.00 - $34.48 per hour
