Bottlemaking Personnel

• Machine (Injection Blow Molding)

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Perform minor trouble shooting
  • Perform cleaning and sanitation of machine and support equipment
  • Perform checking and monitoring of machine and its support equipment such as hydraulic hose, temperature gauge, oil level etc.
  • Perform stabilization / start-up, set-up and adjustment of parameters

• Product (Empty Plastic Bottle)

  • Perform checking and inspection of product quality.
  • Perform rectification concerning product quality.
  • Perform disposal of rejected bottles.

• Other activities

  • Perform daily machine report preparation and computation.

  • Perform the cleaning of the following:

    • Bottle storage tank (BST)
    • Resin tank
    • BST area
    • Injection room area
    • Resin room area
    • Blower room area
    • Entrance, office, control and preparation area

  • Perform the waste disposal activity.

  • Conform to all company and department work rules, program and regulations implemented

• Shifting Schedules:

  • A Shift = 04:45 - 13:45
  • B Shift = 05:45 - 14:45
  • C Shift = 06:45 - 15:45
  • D Shift = 07:45 - 16:45
  • E Shift = 08:45 - 17:45
  • F Shift = 12:45 - 21:45
  • G Shift = 17:45 - 02:45
  • H Shift = 20:45 - 05:45

• 6 Months before Regularization

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering
• Preferably with experience in blow molding operations
