Bouncer

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and vigilant Bouncer to help maintain a safe and secure environment for our guests and staff. The successful candidate will monitor entrances, verify guest eligibility, prevent disturbances, and respond appropriately to security incidents while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and monitor entry and exit points.

• Enforce venue rules, policies, and dress code.

• Monitor the premises for suspicious or disruptive behavior.

• De-escalate conflicts and resolve incidents calmly and professionally.

• Remove disruptive individuals when necessary, following company policies and legal requirements.

• Coordinate with management and local authorities during emergencies.

• Conduct routine security checks throughout the venue.

• Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records.

• Help ensure the safety of guests, employees, and company property.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bouncer, security guard, or in a related role is preferred.

• Strong observation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions.

• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and late-night shifts.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
