Job Summary

We are looking for physically fit, alert, disciplined, and responsible Bouncers for The Thrills Fun Park. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining order, supporting crowd control, preventing disturbances, and assisting the security team in ensuring a safe environment for visitors and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain discipline and order within the premises.
• Assist in crowd management during busy hours, events, weekends, and holidays.
• Monitor visitor behaviour and help prevent fights, disturbances, or unsafe activities.
• Support security guards at entry and exit points when required.
• Prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
• Assist in removing disruptive individuals from the premises when necessary and in accordance with company procedures.
• Coordinate with the security team and management during emergencies.
• Help protect visitors, employees, and company property.
• Report incidents or suspicious activities immediately to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety, security, and company policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bouncer, Security Personnel, or in a similar role will be preferred.
• Good physical fitness and presence.
• Strong observation and situation-handling skills.
• Disciplined, responsible, and punctual.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
• Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
