We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Bouncer to ensure the safety and security of our venue, staff, and guests. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment by enforcing entry policies, managing crowd control, and responding swiftly to any disturbances. Responsibilities

• Monitor entry points to verify guest IDs and enforce age restrictions or dress codes as required
• Conduct thorough security checks on all individuals entering the venue, including bag inspections if necessary
• Manage crowd flow and prevent overcrowding by implementing effective control measures
• Respond promptly to conflicts or disruptive behavior, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations
• Use surveillance tools such as CCTV cameras to monitor activity within and around the venue
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents or emergencies
• Maintain detailed incident reports and logs of security activities throughout each shift

Requirements

• Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military, or related fields is highly desirable
• Knowledge of surveillance techniques, CCTV operation, and loss prevention strategies
• Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred to handle medical emergencies effectively
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Ability to perform physical duties such as standing, walking, and patrolling for extended periods
• Familiarity with security equipment including CCTV systems and alarm protocols
• Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor when interacting with guests and team members
