Boutique Host

About the Role

As a Boutique Host, you are the welcoming face of our client's luxury boutique. You will greet clients at the entrance, assist with appointments, and provide light support to the sales team — ensuring every guest feels warmly received from the moment they walk in.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome every client upon arrival at the boutique entrance with a warm, professional demeanour
• Manage client appointments and walk-in flow, coordinating with the sales team for smooth handovers
• Assist clients in the waiting area — offer refreshments, answer basic enquiries, and keep them comfortable
• Support sales advisors with day-to-day tasks such as retrieving items and preparing the boutique floor
• Maintain a tidy and presentable entrance and waiting area throughout operating hours

Requirements

• Experience in retail, hospitality, F&B, or customer service is preferred (fresh graduates welcome)
• Well-presented with a friendly, professional attitude
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus
• A team player who is helpful, patient, and approachable
• Willing to work shifts including weekends and public holidays
