Job Summary

The Boutique Manager is responsible for driving boutique sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role involves conducting premium product demonstrations, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities through market mapping. The Boutique Manager will ensure the boutique consistently reflects the brands luxury standards while achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Business Development

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and drive boutique profitability.
• Generate new business opportunities through market mapping, networking, referrals, and corporate partnerships.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.

Customer Experience

• Deliver a premium customer experience by understanding customer needs and providing tailored fitness and wellness solutions.
• Build long-term customer relationships through regular follow-ups and after-sales support.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

Product Demonstrations

• Conduct engaging product demonstrations showcasing equipment features, digital solutions, and customer benefits.
• Guide customers through product selection based on their lifestyle, fitness goals, and available space.
• Ensure all display equipment is maintained and demonstration-ready.

Boutique Operations

• Oversee daily boutique operations and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and showroom presentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Brand Representation

• Stay updated on product innovations and industry trends.
• Represent the brand professionally at all customer touchpoints.
• Support boutique events, product launches, and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in luxury retail, fitness, wellness, or premium lifestyle sales, with prior team management experience.
• Strong sales, leadership, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special events (week offs and compensatory offs will be provided).
