Boutique Manager

About the role

This role involves leading a retail beauty store team to achieve sales targets, manage store operations, and develop Beauty Advisors. You will drive performance through sales analysis, inventory management, operational compliance, and people leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the team towards the achievement of sales targets
• Analyze sales and KPIs as a tool to improve teams' performance and achieve monthly goals
• Monitor stock movement to recommend needed replenishments and pullouts
• Submit monthly reports in a timely manner
• Study the market and competitors
• Implement and monitor compliance to Operations Manual
• Coordinate with different departments on matters pertinent to store operations
• Recommend measures to avoid pilferage
• Execute organized rostering to ensure strategic daily coverage
• Ensure all company properties are handled well and maintained in best condition

• Provide excellent customer experience through well-informed and well-trained Beauty Advisors
• Assist in product knowledge training by discussing merchandise and conducting regular check-ins
• Track performance of Beauty Advisors through action plans and evaluations
• Celebrate and magnify team members' accomplishments
• Align objectives and motivate the team through daily huddles
• Consider the best interest of the company when making decisions
• Adhere to company standards on work attitude, ethics, and proper uniform
• Maintain confidentiality of all matters pertinent to the organization
