About the role

Key responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and meet store sales goals
- Hire, train, coach, and motivate retail staff to deliver luxury-standard customer service
- Build relationships with VIP clients and execute local customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives
- Manage inventory, visual merchandising, stock accuracy, and store compliance with company policies
About you
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of retail or store management experience, often preferred within luxury fashion
- Strong fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is essential for local high-end retail environments
- Strong leadership, communication, business acumen, and data analysis capabilities
