Boutique Manager

As a Boutique Manager (M/F/D), you are responsible for the daily management of the boutique. You ensure exceptional service standards, drive commercial performance, and uphold the premium presentation and values of Neuhaus. With a hands-on approach, you coach, inspire, and lead your team every day to achieve commercial goals together.

TO BE

• You have experience managing a boutique or store, ideally in the premium or luxury sector.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and the drive of a business owner.
• You are focused on achieving results and advancing both the brand and the store.
• You present yourself in an impeccable and elegant manner and always provide customers with an unforgettable experience.
• You have strong organizational skills.
• You are fluent in German and have a good command of English. Knowledge of additional languages is always a plus.

TO DO

• You ensure that the targets in and around the boutique are achieved. You actively think about initiatives to boost sales.
• You are responsible for the optimal management of stock levels and ensure that orders arrive on time.
• The boutique is our calling card; therefore, you pay close attention to detail to ensure that our delicious products are presented and sold in line with the Neuhaus philosophy.
• You guarantee optimal staff planning based on sales figures and scheduled holidays.
• You lead and develop your own team.

• Sie verfügen über Erfahrung in der Leitung einer Boutique oder Filiale, idealerweise im Premium- oder Luxusbereich.
• Sie haben die Mentalität und den Willen eines Unternehmers.
• Sie konzentrieren sich darauf, Ergebnisse zu erzielen und die Marke sowie die Filiale weiter nach vorne zu bringen.
• Sie haben ein tadelloses und elegantes Auftreten und bieten unseren Kunden stets ein unvergessliches Kundenerlebnis.
• Sie verfügen über gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten.
• Sie sprechen fließend Deutsch und verfügen über gute Englischkenntnisse. Kenntnisse in anderen Sprachen sind natürlich immer von Vorteil.

IHRE AUFGABEN

• Sie sorgen dafür, dass die Ziele in und um die Boutique erreicht werden. Sie denken aktiv über Maßnahmen nach, die den Verkauf ankurbeln können.
• Sie sind für die optimale Verwaltung der Lagerbestände verantwortlich und sorgen dafür, dass die Bestellungen pünktlich eingehen.
• Die Boutique ist unsere Visitenkarte; deshalb achten Sie sorgfältig - und mit einem Auge fürs Detail - darauf, dass unsere köstlichen Produkte gemäß der Neuhaus-Philosophie präsentiert und verkauft werden.
• Sie garantieren eine optimale Personalbesetzung auf der Grundlage von Verkaufszahlen und geplanten Urlauben.
• Sie führen und entwickeln Ihr eigenes Team.
