Boutique Manager - PAC

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Boutique Manager (Full-Time) to become part of the founding team at our brand-new Pacific Fair Boutique, opening on the Gold Coast in December 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the boutique team to deliver exceptional service and commercial results.
• Create memorable client experiences that embody our heritage and craftsmanship.
• Build lasting relationships with VIP, local, and international clientele to drive loyalty.
• Drive boutique performance through effective leadership, clienteling, and sales initiatives.
• Coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
• Deliver exclusive client events and bespoke experiences that strengthen brand engagement.
• Maintain impeccable boutique presentation, operational excellence, and inventory integrity.
• Act as a proud brand ambassador, championing our values and commitment to excellence.
