Job Summary

Responsible for managing day-to-day bowling centre operations, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth lane operations, staff management, safety, and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily bowling centre operations and lane bookings.
• Supervise and manage staff schedules and attendance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.
• Monitor bowling lanes, equipment, and maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repairs.
• Manage cash handling, billing, and daily sales reports.
• Drive revenue through promotions, upselling, and customer engagement.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are maintained.
• Monitor inventory of bowling and operational materials.
• Prepare daily operational and sales reports.
