As a Receptionist, you will be right at the centre of every guest’s visit. You are the first person they see, setting the tone for an amazing experience. Whether you are welcoming bowlers to their lanes, providing information about our birthday parties, or directing guests to our restaurant, your friendly face will guide their time with us.

What You’ll Be Doing

No two days are ever the same here! Your main responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests with energy and enthusiasm to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Managing bookings and using our computer systems to keep everything running smoothly.
• Answering phone calls, handling enquiries, and taking future reservations.
• Hosting parties and events to ensure our guests have an unforgettable time.
• Thinking on your feet to solve problems quickly and keep the fun rolling.

What We Are Looking For

• A welcoming, "can-do" attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• A great team player who can also work confidently on their own initiative.
• Good computer skills to manage our digital booking system.
• Flexibility to work during our peak times, which include weekends, evenings, and school holidays.

Hours & Shifts

Typical shifts for this role include:

• Morning Shift: 10:00am – 4:00pm
• Evening Shift: 4:00pm – Close (closing times vary depending on group bookings and parties)
• Occasional All-Day Shifts

Please note: Shift times may fluctuate slightly based on scheduled parties and lane bookings.
