Box Office Supervisor - On-Call

• Supervise all box office operations including ticket sales, will-call, guest inquiries, and day-of-show operations.
• Schedule and supervise box office staff.
• Monitor ticket sales, track inventory, and ensure that all transactions are processed correctly and securely.
• Maintain accurate records of ticket sales, transactions, and revenue, preparing reports as required.
• Ensure the box office is well-organized and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of box office supervisory experience required.
• Ticketmaster experience required.
• At least one year of Box Office supervisory experience required.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
