Box Truck Driver

N Movers is a Pennsylvania-based motor carrier running expedited and time-critical freight nationwide. We move the loads that need to be there yesterday — direct, non-stop, one driver from pickup to delivery. No brokers stacking layers between you and dispatch, no sitting three days waiting on a load.

The Truck

You'll be assigned a 2024 Ram ProMaster with a 14-foot box — late model, well maintained, and rated under 10,001 lbs GVWR, which means no CDL and no DOT medical card required. You drive it, we cover the maintenance.

The Pay

• $0.45 per loaded mile
• $0.10 per empty mile
• Most drivers gross $1,300 to $1,800 per week
• Paid weekly by direct deposit

What You'll Do

• Run over-the-road, coast to coast — this is a high-mileage position and the miles are the job
• Haul expedited and time-sensitive freight, direct from pickup to delivery
• Mostly no-touch freight — the majority of loads are dock-to-dock, loaded and unloaded by the shipper and receiver
• Check in with dispatch on pickup, transit, and delivery status
• Keep the truck clean, inspected, and road-ready

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license with a clean MVR
• At least 1 year of verifiable driving experience — box truck, cargo van, or expedited preferred
• At least 23 years old (insurance requirement)
• Comfortable living on the road for extended stretches — this is not a home-daily or regional job
• Able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs on the loads that aren't no-touch
• Smartphone, reliable communication, and the ability to solve a problem on your own at 2 a.m. in a state you've never been to
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
