Responsibilities

• Safely operate box trucks routes, ensuring compliance with FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards
• Load and unload freight using manual handling techniques, or other equipment as required, ensuring cargo is secured properly for transit
• Navigate delivery routes efficiently using GPS navigation systems to meet delivery schedules and optimize route planning
• Perform White glove, Threshold, Business to business and curbside deliveries for our Customers
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on trucks to identify maintenance needs or safety issues before and after each trip
• Deliver goods to customers’ locations with professionalism and excellent customer service skills, ensuring accurate documentation of deliveries
• Maintain detailed logs of driving hours, cargo details, and delivery records in compliance with FMCSA regulations
• Follow all safety procedures during truck loading/unloading activities and manual handling tasks to prevent accidents or damage
• Operating in our coverage area for single and multi day routes

Experience

• Experience in Driving Box trucks
• Prior experience operating in Final mile a Plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Pay: $180.00 - $200.00 per day
