We are seeking a motivated and dependable Box Truck Driver to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating box trucks to deliver goods efficiently and on time across designated routes. Your expertise in commercial driving, route planning, and vehicle handling will ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities

• Safely operate box trucks with manual transmission, ensuring adherence to all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or roll-off trucks, ensuring proper handling and securement of cargo
• Drive assigned routes efficiently, managing delivery schedules and maintaining punctuality
• Inspect vehicles daily for safety issues, perform routine maintenance checks, and report any mechanical concerns promptly
• Verify shipment accuracy, complete delivery documentation, and obtain necessary signatures upon delivery
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues that arise during transit
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior, adhering to company safety standards

Qualifications

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record
• Experience operating box trucks or similar vehicles with manual transmission
• Knowledge of refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, or other specialized truck types is a plus
• Prior experience in freight delivery, route driving, or as a delivery driver is highly desirable
• Ability to load & unload freight safely using forklifts or other equipment when necessary
• Familiarity with truck driving regulations and safety procedures for tractor-trailers or dump trucks
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation and route management
