职位描述 1、预算编制：承接公司战略目标，与业务共创，优化履约效率模型，找到机会点和目标达成路径，完成预算编制及落地可行性验证 2、过程管理及风险预警：及时识别目标达成风险，过程预警并及时推动改善，确保目标达成 3、模式优化及履约效率模型迭代：从行业视角对当前履约模式瓶颈做对标分析，与规划、产研协同提升履约效率，并完成模型迭代； 4、项目协同：履约新项目落地的财务链路梳理与规范，项目模型和标准梳理，以及后续落地的效果复盘跟进；
职位要求
职位要求 1、5年及以上财务BP工作经验，对即时零售感兴趣，具有即时零售或外卖配送财务BP工作经验2年及以上 2、熟练使用excel、ppt等办公软件，会sql或大数据分析技能的更佳 3、有较强的团队协作精神，性格开朗，具有较好的沟通和表达能力，皮实有上进心
