财务BP（工作地点：江苏如皋市）

该职位来源于猎聘 MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assure adherence to SOX and Hubbell Accounting practices and set up a standard and robust accounting and control system in China.
• Work side by side with local business team to develop improvement plans and make financially sound business decisions.
• Assist to work with local and segment leadership to develop the Annual Operating Plan and Profit Objectives for the Business and analyze the monthly outcome and forecast.
• Work with Internal and External Auditors as required.
• Work on internal control, risks control, legal review process etc. to follow corporate compliance.
• Lead role in SAP and OneStream conversion or any other reporting system required by corporate.
• Travelling to the manufacturing sites outside of Shanghai and on-site closely working with local business team are must.
• Special projects as assigned. EDUCATION:
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Masters Degree in Business preferred PREFERRED TRAINING:
• Strong hands-on SAP experience a significant plus.
• Proficiency in excel and OneStream helpful.
• Excellent in English communication.
• 5+ years cost accounting experience using SAP in a manufacturing environment.
• Good sense on business involvement and leadership and willing to develop career on financial management.
