BP Quality Controller

We are looking for a detail-oriented and quality-driven BP Quality Controller to ensure that all vehicle body repair and painting works meet the company’s quality standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect vehicle body repairs and paintwork to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Check for dents, scratches, uneven surfaces, paint defects, color mismatches, and other imperfections.
• Monitor the quality of body repair and painting processes.
• Ensure that completed work complies with company standards and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with body technicians, painters, and service advisors regarding identified issues.
• Recommend necessary corrections and ensure that defects are properly addressed.
• Conduct final quality inspections before vehicle release.
• Document inspection results and report quality concerns to the immediate supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and company procedures.
