财务BP/FP&A Manager

该职位来源于猎聘 Primary Responsibilities:

• Full financial performance responsibility in daily tasks to drive business growth.
• Lead planning, estimate, forecast and budget processes, explain deviations, advice and push actions to close gap, drive management changes.
• Manage, track and analyze project profitability and implementation status.
• Enter and maintain all project financial data in ERP, including order creation, contract and task value validation, project milestone sanity check, change order update, project forecast check, etc.
• Monthly track business financial performance, review with PCL/PCGL, and align actions, including P&L, utilization, forecast accuracy.
• Process and track revenue recognition per financial instructions. Internal control: monitor ERP authorization, and improve ERP approval process. Secondary Responsibilities:
• Continuous improvement in ERP enhancement.
• Company internal control, drive process to mitigate risk.
• Proactive support business. Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of Finance experience.
• Strong ERP and communication skills.
• Good analytical and issue identification abilities.
• Good teamwork spirit and positive working attitude.
