Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced IBM BPM/BAW Administrator to manage, support, and maintain IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) and Business Automation Workflow (BAW) platforms. The candidate will be responsible for 247 operations and maintenance, platform administration, upgrades, performance optimization, disaster recovery, and incident management to ensure platform availability and SLA compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 247 Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support for IBM BPM/BAW platforms.
• Perform platform administration, configuration, patching, upgrades, and routine maintenance.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot platform-related issues.
• Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution within defined SLAs.
• Coordinate with IBM/OEM support teams for technical issues and Problem Management Records (PMRs).
• Manage Data Center (DC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) operations, including DR drills, failover, and switchover activities.
• Ensure platform availability, stability, performance, and operational reliability.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational reports, and support records.
• Prepare and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and support documentation.
• Coordinate with internal IT, infrastructure, and application teams to resolve technical issues.
• Support knowledge transfer and ensure adherence to operational processes and service-level agreements.
