What they need
- Must be a graduate of any Engineering, Sciences, Computer & Information Technology or Business related courses
- Must be experienced with at least 2 years in operations or service industries, ideally within quality, engineering, logistics, finance, supply chain, or continuous improvement.
- Must be knowledgeable in ISO, EMS, FSSC, or HACCP standards, with experience in KPI monitoring, internal auditing, and leading cross-functional CI projects. Lead Kaizen, TPM, and recognition activities while developing a standardized toolbox to sustain continuous improvement efforts.
- Act as a change agent across all levels, build a sustainable CI mindset, and support business strategy execution through coaching, training, and recognition systems.
- Monitor KPIs, manage risk assessment tools, facilitate workshops, and establish clear communication and role clarity within project teams.
