Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced BPO Associate with 45 years of experience in BPO/customer service operations. The candidate will handle customer queries, escalations, and complex issues while maintaining high service and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats.
• Resolve customer queries and escalations professionally.
• Maintain CRM and customer records accurately.
• Follow SOPs, compliance, and process guidelines.
• Support new team members and provide floor/process assistance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication, customer handling, problem-solving, CRM knowledge, multitasking, time management, escalation management, and strong knowledge of BPO processes and KPIs.
