Job Responsibilities:

• Generate potential business loan/private funding leads through personal contacts, referrals and other channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with Business Owners, Traders, Manufacturers and Entrepreneurs.
• Understand clients' financial requirements and suggest suitable funding solutions.
• Collect and submit quality loan files and required documents.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for documentation and file processing.
• Follow up regularly on leads and loan applications.
• Maintain proper records and track all customer files.
• Achieve monthly sales and file submission targets.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers and business clients.

Requirements :

• Minimum 6 months of sales experience is required.
• Experience in Finance / Private Funding / NBFC / Banking / Business Loans is preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
• Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Basic understanding of financial products and loan processes.
• Willingness to build a long-term career in financial services.

Business Profile :

Target customers: Business Owners, Traders, Manufacturers & Entrepreneurs

Minimum monthly business turnover: ₹30 Lakhs

Funding range: ₹10 Lakhs – ₹50 Crores Interest

Rate: 3%
