Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle international customer calls, resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process transactions, provide product information, and address issues related to orders, returns, or services.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Job Requirements :

• 1-8 years of experience in BPO voice process (international call center) environment.
• Strong knowledge of international processes, particularly those used by US companies.
• Proficiency in handling inbound voice processes for customer support services.
• Ability to work effectively in an fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
