Job Description

NITHISH SOFTWARE SOLCUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for motivated and enthusiastic candidates to join our team as BPO Executives. The selected candidates will handle customer interactions, provide information about company services, resolve customer queries, and maintain professional communication with clients.

Freshers who have good communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
• Communicate with customers and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer queries and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain customer records and update information in company systems.
• Follow up with customers and maintain positive client relationships.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly performance targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate (12th pass) or any degree.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good verbal communication skills in Telugu and English.
• Hindi communication skills are an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Positive attitude, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
