- Handle customer queries, complaints & service requests
- No Sales, No Targets, No Pressure.
- Deliver professional and timely resolutions
- Work on CRM tools. (Salesforce/SAP)
- Maintain accurate call logs and reports.
- Rotational Shifts, Rotational Offs. (Day Shift for Females)
